# Plant Visibility Pilot

> See every machine that matters, live, in six weeks, without replacing any of them.

A fixed-scope pilot on one line or one site: we read the machines you already have, decoding their protocols where nobody documented them, fit monitoring nodes where there is nothing to read, and put running state, output and alarms on one live dashboard your managers open from anywhere.

- **Price:** quoted per project after a call — er@epsilon-labs.co
- **What moves the price above that floor:** How many machines, how many of them speak an undocumented protocol, and whether the site has network coverage. Ten machines on one shed with Wi-Fi sits near the floor; mixed vendors across two buildings needing cellular sits well above it.
- **Typical duration:** 6 weeks

## The problem

Breakdowns are found when production stops. Output is counted at the end of the shift. The controllers hold the data, but in a protocol nobody on site can read, and the vendor who could is long gone.

Replacing the machines to get visibility costs more than the problem. Reading them does not.

## What you get

- Site survey and a written machine-by-machine plan before any hardware is fitted
- Protocol decode for the undocumented controllers in scope
- Epsilon1 monitoring nodes on 5–10 machines, installed and commissioned
- A live dashboard: running state, output, downtime and alarms, per machine
- Alerts to the people you name, by WhatsApp or email
- Handover document and a quote for the rest of the site, priced per machine

## How it runs

- **Week 1** — Survey, machine list, and the written plan. You approve it before any hardware is ordered.
- **Weeks 2–4** — Decode, fit nodes, commission. Each machine appears on the dashboard as it is done.
- **Weeks 5–6** — Alerts, tuning, training, handover, and the site-wide rollout quote.

## This is for you if

- Mills, plants, packaging and process lines with equipment from several vendors
- Operators who learn about downtime from the shift report
- Sites with controllers nobody can read any more

## This is NOT for you if

- Safety-instrumented systems or anything that must not be touched while running
- Sites that want a full SCADA replacement. This is visibility first.
- Greenfield plants still choosing their automation vendor

## Proof

eFuelPro reads fuel dispensers whose RS485 protocol was decoded frame by frame with no documentation, and shows every pump on a live ledger the owner reads from anywhere. The pilot applies the same method to machines.

## Questions

### What happens after the pilot?

You get a per-machine quote for the rest of the site. Nothing is assumed; you decide on the evidence of the pilot.
